Maybe you are confused because the word in game get cut off and u can scroll. Actually you can just change the language to chinese and voila! no more cut off word again. Here i will tell where is the area of that rare fish :
Blowfish (often appear on the description below) :

Other place

Arowana (often appear on the description below) :

Q : Why are you only write about that area, there are more other place , right?
A : As you can see on the above that i write "often appear" not all the area have high possiblity like what i mentioned above.
